Vancouver, BC –  Andira Pharmaceuticals is pleased to welcome Ryan Miller to the Advisory Board. Mr. Miller is a finance veteran with over 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Technology, and Energy.

After serving as CFO and VP of Finance for several large Canadian companies, Mr. Miller started his own venture capital firm, Pentium Capital Partners, and has led multiple venture capital syndication deals throughout the software, AI, solar, fin-tech, energy, and infrastructure sectors. His successes have permitted him to be involved in raising more than $500M of capital and has generated over 50x returns on his private equity deals to date.

His leadership in private equity, digital transformation, and risk mitigation will be foundational in supporting the future of Andira’s growth. Mr. Miller’s first task as an advisory board member will be to oversee the implementation of a new financial reporting system. He will also help plan for the next capital raise including making key introductions.
