Dr. Dana Lambert is an entrepreneur and biopharmaceutical executive with a background in healthcare management and pharmaceutical research and development. She received a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of British Columbia (UBC), Vancouver, Canada and led the development of the pharmaceutical technologies now being commercialized by Andira Pharmaceuticals, with over 22 patents pending. Areas of expertise include medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, drug delivery systems, and chronic pain pathophysiology. Dr. Lambert previously lectured in the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Program teaching pharmaceutics and drug formulation at the UBC Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Vancouver, Canada. She is a former hospital pharmacist (BSC Pharm, RPh) and manager of clinical research and quality care programs at two Health Authorities in British Columbia, Canada.
