Janette Lyons is a senior finance and business leader with over 15 years of executive financial management experience and a track record of success within complex organizations including multi-national, crown corporations, private and public firms. 

Her most recent senior financial roles include CFO of Powerex, the largest energy trader in the Western Electricity Council, Director of Finance at Canada Bread Company Ltd. and Director of Finance at Nabisco Co. Ltd. Over her career, Janette has developed and implemented key performance indicators, strategic & integrated financial planning and modeling, as well as operational infrastructure and efficiency initiatives that have driven millions in cost savings for organizations. In addition, Janette has strategic and integrated business planning and forecasting expertise as well as Board, Executive Audit and Risk Committee experience. 

A graduate of Western University, Janette holds a BA in business and finance, is a certified public accountant, a green belt in Six Sigma management, and recently won CFO of the Year at The CFO Centre.
